What we do works.

It’s not more lecture, telling people what to do, hitting people over the head with science, etc.

It’s the opposite of convincing, cajoling, coercing, seeking compliance, or manipulation.

The videos in this course reveal our actual problem and how to solve it globally in ways that we enjoy, find rewarding, and elicit gratitude.

The videos point to the steps of 1) reading the book, 2) taking workshop, and 3) joining the alumni community.

We’re not saying they’re quick or easy. Overcoming dependency rarely is, nor is changing global culture, but you’ll wish you had changed earlier and you won’t want to go back.

Join not on a whim or expecting you’ll learn passively but based on knowing the social and emotional work it takes and how much it will return.
