The series describes and expands around an exercise to write your mental models and beliefs. I’ve found the exercise helpful for increasing your awareness—your mental models and beliefs influence your perception of everything, which influences how you feel and react, which influences others.
Few skills influence your perception and lifestyle as effectively and comprehensively as the skill in that exercise. I consider the skill one of the keys to transform from reactivity and victimhood to leadership.
