Everything I’ve eaten since returning home

I was curious so decided to list all the foods I’ve eaten since returning home from staying with my mom and stepfather for the beginning of the pandemic.

I think the following lists everything. Some people say my diet lacks variety since I talk about my famous no-packaging vegetable stews so much, but I don’t think I’ve had the same one twice and they differ so much between them.

Vegetables

Missing

  • Mushrooms—I don’t think I’ve bought any mushrooms
  • Beer or wine—I don’t think I’ve had any of them either

Under a tablespoon

  • Rum, about a shot glass worth
  • Coconut oil (at friend’s)
  • Coffee beans

Packaging

  • Stickers on fruit and onions from coop
  • Sacks for 25 – 50 pound bags for lentils and defatted peanut flour
  • Bucket for 10 pounds of nutritional yeast
  • Bottle for ghost pepper sauce, though I bought it years ago
  • Rubber bands, which I’ll bring back to vendors
  • Otherwise, I refilled reusable containers

  • I think that’s it. I haven’t eaten at a restaurant.

My main ways of eating

  • Raw, I nibble on most vegetables and all fruit, some nuts
  • Salads, I mix almost any vegetables into a salad
  • Famous no-packaging vegetable stews
  • Bowls of cereal, fruit, nuts, and spice
  • Puddings based on defatted peanut flour, fruit, nuts, and cacao or spices
